Senior Seminar & Creative Writing -- The Boxer
This is my favorite song. Please listen and react in your blog post! (Embed the video in your post too.) Leave a comment and tell me your favorite song!
I like a lot of different songs, not so much Simon and Garfunkel. I like a lot of older songs though. I can't really say what my favorite song is though because they all get a little old after a while.
My favorite song is The Dreaming Tree by the Dave Matthews Band. When I was little (like 5) I would ask my brother to play it every time he played his DMB CD but he usually wouldn't because it's such a long song... but it's great you should check it out.
I don't think I really have a favorite song. My favorite artist on the other hand is Lil Wayne so I guess my favorite song would be something from him.
I belive my favorite song right now is "Tangled up in you" by Staind. I'm starting to get into poetry right now and I think this song is very poetic. And because this song represents something in my life that is very special.
I have a plethora of favorite songs, basically because I listen to a lot of bands. Out of all of them though, my favorite song is The Separation of Church and Skate, by NOFX. It's a punk rock about how punk rock now-a-days isn't what it used to be and how the punk vibe has become soft. It's just one of those songs that you need to turn up all the way and jam out!
Oh my! My dad listens to this all the time. I'm so surprised I know it. I think it's a very good song. I like how they still sound good live.. not a lot of people have that talent. I don't really have a favorite song either...
Attention all students who have me for more than one class!
First of all, congratulations! You are one lucky student!
Second of all, you are responsible for more blog entries than those people who only have me for one class. So, that means you are responsible for coming up with some of your own ideas. Here are some extra ideas to keep you moving along ...
* Share your favorite song lyrics, or embed a song or video into your blog entry. Explain why the song matters. * Write about a recent episode of a TV show that you watch regularly. * Write about a book you're reading. * Write about a movie you recently saw. * Write a poem. * Write about something that's going on in the world right now that irritates you. (It can be something that's happening in Haiti, or in Moscow.) * Write about something that makes you happy!
